Personal Care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Assisted clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Provided mobility assistance, helping clients with transfers and safe movement (proficient with Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt )

• Communicated with client's families to provide updates on treatment plans and client's status.

Alzheimer's and Dementia Support

Hospice Support
